How Much Does Shipping Cost?

For US Orders:

Free shipping on all orders! You don't need to worry about any customs affairs.

For Non-US Orders:

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $69 USD!

When Will I Receive My Order?

To help you better understand the order process, we break it down into three stages: preparing goods, packing, and shipping:

Order Processing Time:

Typically completed within 1 business day. During peak periods (such as holidays or major sales events), there may be delays, but we strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt.

Shipping Notification:

Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will immediately send an email with a tracking number for you to monitor the delivery status.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

Certainly! As long as your order has not been officially dispatched from our warehouse, we are happy to assist you in updating your order details. Please contact us at support@touchalien.com

Important Note:

"Not Shipped" Definition: This refers to the following conditions not being met: You have not received any notification emails or messages regarding the processing of your order. This includes but is not limited to:

Order confirmation and processing notifications.

Emails containing the courier tracking number.

In other words, you can modify or cancel your order at any time before receiving any notification from us about the order being processed. Once you receive any notification about the order being processed (whether or not it contains a tracking number), it means we have started processing and dispatching your order, and modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.

Specifically:

Not Shipped Status: You have not received any notification about us starting to process your order.

Shipped Status:

Once you receive an email containing order processing information (even if the logistics information has not yet been updated), it indicates that we have begun processing and arranging shipment, and modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

How Can I Check My Order Status?

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Sometimes, the carrier may take 3-5 business days to update the tracking information. This is because they might need to transit through duty-free zones to ensure maximum benefits for you!

Estimated Delivery Times:

To the USA: 5-10 business days

To the UK: 5-8 business days

To most EU countries (Germany, France, Austria, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain): 5-8 business days

To Australia and New Zealand: 6-10 business days

To Canada: 6-12 business days

Most orders will be delivered within 30 days. Please be patient.

Can I Specify a Particular Delivery Date?

While we do our best to accommodate your needs, since packages are handled by the courier company after leaving our warehouse, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We recommend placing your order well in advance and arranging installation after the product arrives.

What If My Order Is Damaged During Shipping?

Please inspect your package carefully before signing for it. As a consumer, you have the right to inspect the goods for damage upon delivery. If you find any issues, please immediately file a claim with the carrier and keep all packaging materials for further handling. For concealed damages, take photos or videos and report them promptly.

Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

If no signature is required, the courier or post office will decide whether it is safe to leave the package at a location. If a signature is required, they will attempt to get a signature from someone at the address or nearby. If unable to obtain a signature, they may leave a door notice with further instructions. Check your tracking information for the latest delivery attempts.

For lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, we offer a paid reshipment service. Reshipment fees will be charged based on the size and weight of the package.
